PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an efficient change processing in a self-oil feeding system. SOLUTION: An oil feeding system 10 has a self-service oil feeding system metering machine 12 installed in an oil feeding area 11, a setting unit 14 and a management computer 18. In addition, the setting unit 14 is provided with an automatic paying machine handling only a paper money. Then, a change machine 24 for use in paying a change (a change lower than 1,000 yen) with coins other than a paper money is installed inside an office 16.
