<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth action of a link plate, to have nozzle vanes synchronized and operated integrally. SOLUTION: This variable turbocharger 10 comprises several nozzle vanes 104 arranged on a nozzle part 100 of a turbine 28, a link plate 102 connected with the nozzle vanes 104 to have the nozzle vanes 104 synchronized and operated sequentially and an actuator 50 mounted outside a housing 20, to be connected with the link plate 102 via transmission mechanisms 52, 120, 130, 140. A roller 140 is mounted on an engaging part which causes the link plate 102 to turn, while the transmission mechanisms 52, 120, 130 and 140 slide with respect to the link plate 102.</p> |
