PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner which is superior in low- temperature fixing property and heat-resistant stability and superior in both of powder fluidity and durability. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner contains a core-shell resin as a binder resin, which is composed of the core consisting of condensation resin having <=80 deg.C for softening point and the shell consisting of condensation resin having >=55 deg.C glass transition temperature.
