<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic stacking system by random sorting capable of performing automatic sorting work and automatic stacking work of commodities efficiently at a high speed without causing a jam of goods on a main conveyor even if a branch conveyor at sorting destination is busy. SOLUTION: This automatic stacking system is constituted such that various commodities 1 in which destination and conveyance order are charged at random are carried in and are conveyed along a main conveyance path 11, the commodities are automatically sorted in accordance with a sorting plan, and a robot 30 is controlled to stack the commodities automatically at predetermined stacking places (A1 to A3, B1 to B3) and carry them out. A jam buffer means 20 having a circulation path for circulating the commodities for temporary turnout is provided in the upstream of branch conveyance paths 12a, 12b which become commodity taking out places of the robot 30.</p> |
