PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber product with metal fittings giving excellent corrosion resistance and materializing light weight by minimizing a blending amount of carbon black contained in a rubber composition, thereby improving the volume resistivity of a rubber advantageously, while ensuring physical properties such as hardness and strength of a rubber comprising a rubber product with metal fittings, and also provide an effective method for producing such rubber product with metal fittings. SOLUTION: A natural rubber and acrylic rubber are blended in weight ratio of 90/10 to 60/40 and in the matrix comprising the natural rubber, a rubber comprising the acrylic rubber finely dispersed as particles of 1 to 100μm is integrally vulcanized and pressed to metal fittings comprising aluminum material, thereby producing the rubber product with metal fittings.
