PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning apparatus capable of changing over a blow-off outlet and a suction inlet in response to cooling and heating with the aid of a single damper following a simple construction. SOLUTION: There are provided a discharge port (1d) of a cold/warm air producing section (1) an upper air control section (3) and a rotatable plate shaped damper (6) for controlling an air stream between of one end of a second air stream passage (4) with the other end connected to a lower air control port (2) and one end of a third air stream passage (5) with the other end of a suction port of an air fan (1a). The damper is constructed rotatably between a first rotation position for cooling and a second rotation position for heating.
