PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system, capable of continuously operating a heat engine without making the heat engine stand by in a fuel changeover to improve operation efficiency of the system as a whole, and capable of reducing electric power consumption of a pump for improving energy saving property. SOLUTION: In this system, when changing over the use of gas fuel to use of liquid fuel in a gas turbine 1, the liquid fuel previously stored in a fuel change-over tank 13 is supplied to the gas turbine 1. Thereby, the gas turbine 1 is continuously operated, without stopping the gas turbine 1 or stopping a load, (e.g. a power generating device) of the gas turbine 1, (i.e., nonload operating the gas turbine 1).
