PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a comfortable dwelling space provided with structures and facilities of high freedom degree so that flexibility as that of a detached house can be provided in spite of being a multistoried apartment house. SOLUTION: Apartment zones are disposed around a common zone K, a facility pit 12 is provided in the common part along a common hallway 10 extended along the apartment parts, and a vertically extended facility shaft 13 is provided on the inner circumferential side of the common hallway 10. Facility piping, etc., disposed along each facility pit 12 are developed in a vertical direction through the facility shaft 13 to be connected to a base part at a ground part. The floor of the apartment parts is composed in a double floor structure, facility piping and wiring for an apartment space 5 are disposed inside double floors, and the facility piping, etc., are connected to the facility piping, etc., in the facility pit 12. A multistory parking facility may be disposed in the common zone K.
