SOLUTION: This building is at least two-storied or higher, the exterior walls of the building are divided into a plurality of regions 1, 2 and 3 from the upper to lower stories with the longitudinal direction as a boundary line, and each of the regions 1, 2 and 3 has a different color, pattern or both of them.
