PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize each wall panel forming an opening, in increasing degrees of freedom of the position of the opening in a unitized building and increasing the width of the opening. SOLUTION: In the unitized building 10, the wall-free areas 25 of building units 11A and 11B arranged in continuous fashion form an opening area 26 extending across the building units 11A and 11B, and a sash frame 31 and a wall panel 30 forming a wall 30A provided on at least either the top or bottom of the sash frame 31 are mounted in the opening area 26.
