PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel fixing structure enabling panels made of synthetic resin material to be neatly fixed to a base member. SOLUTION: In the fixing structure, in which a plurality of panels are aligned and fixed to a joist, a projection is provided at one end of each panel and a recess into which the projection can be fitted is provided at the other end. A fixture having both an engagement piece for engagement with an inner surface and a fixed piece for fixing to the base member is formed within a recess groove; with the engagement piece engaged with the base member side inner surface of the recess in each panel, the fixed piece is fixed to the joist via a fastener to fix each panel to the joist.
