PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-proof panel concurrently serving as a form which is lightweight and has excellent workability and has no problem from the standpoint of environmental conservation. SOLUTION: This corrosion-proof panel is provided with a core material 3 made of a fiber-reinforced polyolefin resin, corrosion-proof resin films 1 and 4 integrated on both faces of the core material 3, and a raw material 5 integrated with the surface of the corrosion-proof resin film 4 and capable of being stuck to placed concrete. A corrosion-proof structure is formed by covering the surface of a concrete skeleton with this panel.
