PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide feed water equipment for mixing water and hot water by means of a mixing valve to spout mixed water from a discharge port, which solves a problem of spouting of cold water for a long period of time at an initial stage of the spouting before flowage of the mixed water at a desired temperature. SOLUTION: According to the feed water equipment (electric water heater) 18 for mixing water and hot water by means of the mixing valve 34 to spout mixed water from the discharge port 88, after activation of the mixing valve 34, the mixed water is spouted from the discharge port 88 with a time lag of a set period. Further, the mixing valve 34 is formed of a solenoid proportional control valve, and after energization of a coil of the mixing valve 34, a spouting/stopping valve (on-off solenoid valve) 92 is opened with a time lag of a set period.
