PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of easily taking a sample of an improved soil in a required position of an improved soil column and easily preparing a sample to be used for a test of an improved soil without change of the state of the improved soil. SOLUTION: The improved soil sampler 100 is provided with an external tube 101 having a support part 10 projecting from the inner peripheral face of the lower end to the inside and an internal tube 102 which is rotatable and retractable with regard to the external tube 101 and the lower end of which is supported by the support part 10.
