METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR LOOSENING BAGGED LUMP SUBSTANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To loosen a bagged lump substance which is lumped in a packaging bag into granules or powder in the packaging bag without breaking the bag. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a carry conveyer 3 for carrying a package 2 of lumped contents, a plurality of sets of rotary disks 121, 122 and 123 which are rotatably supported above the conveyer with different phases from one another in a widthwise direction of the package and provided from an upstream toward a downstream and a biasing means 16 for applying force downward to the rotary disks. The lumped contents are loosened by sequentially rotating and pressurizing different positions in a carrying direction of the package on a peripheral surface of the rotary disks.
