PURPOSE: A tray transferring device for collecting defect module IC(Integrated Circuit) is provided to prevent generation of dead time according to replacement of a tray and to improve productivity by reducing producing process of a semiconductor. CONSTITUTION: A tray transfer for collecting defect module IC comprises plural guide rails mounted between a ready unit(a) and a working unit(b); a moving pallet(3) moving through the guide rail; a timing belt(21) driving the moving pallet by being connected to the driving motor; a cylinder(51) elevating an actuator(5); a cylinder(52) mounted in the actuator; a tray(1) inserting the defect module IC; and a driving motor(2) connected to the timing belt. The tray is located on the moving pallet arranged on the ready unit to insert or collect the defect module IC. Then the driving motor is driven to move the moving pallet into the first work unit by receiving driving force through being connected to the timing belt. Thereby, tray transfer for collecting defect module IC prevents generation of dead time according to replacement of the tray.
