PURPOSE: A transfer system for circulating a tray loaded with a module integrated circuit(IC) is provided to increase test efficiency by a module IC handler regarding a plurality of completed module IC's, by transferring and circulating a plurality of trays positioned in a loading part and an unloading part. CONSTITUTION: The loading part and the unloading part manufactured to have a predetermined depth by a frame(f) are formed in a main body of the module IC handler for testing the completed module IC's. A pellet(1) is installed in the bottom of the loading and unloading parts, moving up/down by a moving-back/forth and up/down unit of a driving unit(11). A fixing unit(3) which grips or releases both sides of the tray by the operation of a cylinder(31) is installed in a higher position from the upper surface of the pellet located in operation parts(a,b) of the loading part and the unloading part by the height of the one tray. A stopper unit(4) with a one-directional stoppers(41) facing each other is formed in a lower portion of supply parts(a',b') of the frame having the same height as the tray. A tray transfer unit(5) which moves back/forth and up/down on a guide bar by the operation of the driving unit while both ends of the tray are gripped by a gripping unit(52) so that the tray supplied upward from the supply units is transferred towards the operation parts and is installed on the loading and unloading parts of the frame.
