PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and stably acquire a stereoscopic image of high reliability and of high accuracy in a three-dimensional measurement by an ordinary camera. SOLUTION: A photographing part 10 comprises a camera and an all-around prism. A measuring part 100 collimates the prism on the photographing part 10, to measure its position data (a measured value). A photographing-position computing part 40 computes proper photographing position, on the basis of a photographing condition which is set by a condition-setting part 70. A photographing control part 50 moves the photographing part 10 by a movement control part 80 and drive part 90, in such a way that the position data (measure value) on the photographing part 10 measured by the measuring part 100 agrees or substantially agrees with photographing position data computed by the computing part 40, and it outputs a timing signal for photographing to the photographing part 10 and the measuring part 100. Using the timing signal, an image-data storage part 30 stores image data and the position data. A signal- processing part 200 performs three-dimensional measurement and analysis, on the basis of the image data and the position data. |
