摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable production property by which a dynamic spring constant in the wide range of a frequent zone can be made reducible by making a membrane facing a change-over chamber contact with the wall surface of a change-over chamber stepwise and restraining it as a controlling type vibration control equipment of a fluid filled-system. SOLUTION: This vibration control equipment is made to partition an inner chamber into a main chamber 7 and a first auxiliary chamber 2 by fittingly equipping a partitioning portion 10 constituted of a body of a partitioning portion 15, a member of a partitioning portion 16 and a receiving plate for a partition 17 between a vibration controlling basic body 2 joined by a metal body fixture 1 and a first diaphragm 4. A change-over chamber 12 introducible of a negative pressure and an atmospheric pressure changeably is formed by disposing the membrane 11 in the side of the main liquid chamber 7 of the body of the partitioning portion 15 forming a first orifice 13 and a second auxiliary liquid chamber 9 and a second orifice 14 are formed by pushingly pressing the peripheral portion of a membrane 11 with the member of the partitioning plate 16 and the member 11 is provided with a step in order to be restrained by compacting successively stepwise from the outer circumferential portion by introducing the negative pressure into the change-over chamber 12 to the wall surface 20 of the change-over chamber 12 to the member 11.
