PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter changeover device made compact and thin, realizing the reduction of cost by decreasing the number of parts and reducing a fraction defective. SOLUTION: This shutter changeover device 30 opening/closing the optical path of an optical system is provided with a shutter member S, a base member 40 provided with a hole 46 arranged on the optical path and holding a shutter between a closing position PC where the hole is closed and an opening position PO which is apart from the hole so as to freely rock, a lock member 72 fixing the position of the shutter at the closing position PC and fixing the position of the shutter at the opening position PO, a 1st shape memory alloy member 50 for separating the lock member from the shutter at the closing position PC or separating the lock member from the shutter at the opening position PO when it is energized by the electricity, an energizing member 62 holding the shutter at closing position PC by energizing force of the spring and a 2nd shape memory alloy member 60 moving the shutter from the closing position PC to the opening position PO against the energizing force of the energizing member 62 when it is energized by the electricity.
