摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a magnetic field at high precision among such magnetic fields as of geomagnetism level. SOLUTION: The magnetometer which measures a magnetic field by utilizing a superconducting quantum interference element comprises at least three superconducting quantum interference elements 7, 8, and 9 of the same sensitivity while facing the same direction, driving circuits 10, 11, and 12 driving superconducting quantum interference elements of the same number as the superconducting quantum interference elements, comparators 13, 14, and 15 for comparing all two couples among magnetometer outputs of each driving circuit, and logical circuits 16, 17, and 18 for outputting logical product of all two couples among the comparator outputs. Thus, a superconducting quantum interference element where an error that follows movement of magnetic flux in a superconducting ring occurs is specified.
