摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency carrier type magnetic sensor of reduced current consumption where a bias spiral coil is easily manufactured while the impact at wire bonding is reduced. SOLUTION: The high-frequency carrier type magnetic sensor, utilizing a fact that the impedance of a soft magnetic body changes, comprises a magnetic sensor part and a signal processing circuit part. Related to the magnetic sensor part, the soft magnetic body is slender core shape, which is combined with a non-magnetic body to constitute an impedance bridge. The signal processing circuit converts an impedance change at the magnetic sensor part into a voltage fluctuation for outputting. A soft magnetic piece where a soft magnetic body core 1 of the magnetic sensor part and a non-magnetic piece 2 are made into meander is used to raise impedance on the input side of the magnetic sensor part, thus reducing power consumption.
