PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a streaming electrification degree measurement device for accurately measuring a streaming electrification degree. SOLUTION: By measuring an electric charge amount of an insulative liquid 13 discharged from a liquid reservoir 12 and passed through an electric charge generating part 21, the streaming electrification degree is measured in the streaming electrification degree measurement device. The liquid reservoir 12 is air-tightly sealed and can discharge the insulative liquid 13 at a fixed flow rate.
