PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dial gauge in which pointer display can selected according to behavior of a probe for easy measurement. SOLUTION: Related to a dial gauge, where a spindle comprising a probe at its tip vertically acts, a pointer rotates clockwise to display positive graduation, when displacement occurs in the extending direction of the probe, while probes are provided at both ends of the spindle for easy measurement in the two upward and downward directions.
