PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer with rubber having a stopper for dispensing with confirming work of fastening torque when fastening a structural member by using a bolt. SOLUTION: In this washer with rubber for fixing a bolt looseness preventive rubber plate in contact to a lower part of a seat plate, the washer with rubber is characterized by arranging the stopper at fastening time around the seat plate, and the bolt looseness preventive rubber plate is characterized by arranging an annular groove on an outer peripheral wall.
