CONSTRUCTION METHOD AT EMBANKMENT INSTALLATION OF HOLLOW STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method at embankment installation of a hollow structure for embanking at least a specified level without the need for increasing thickness of a component member of the hollow structure. SOLUTION: A plurality of bank layers 6 are separately embanked step-by- step, and a plurality of anchor bolts 7 protrude at least an upper wall part 3 of a hollow structure 1. The anchor bolts 7 are sequentially extended at embankment of stepwise bank layers 6. The load of embankment applied on the hollow structure 1 is supported with the anchor bolts 7, so the loads applied on both side wall part 2 and the upper wall part 3 of the hollow structure 1 are reduced even with a thicker embankment on the hollow structure 1.
