PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building foundation structure and a building foundation execution method capable of reducing damage caused by an earthquake. SOLUTION: A plurality of piles 1 are driven in ground. Each pile 1 is provided with an upwardly projecting pin 5 at the upper end. A plurality of brackets 2 with a groove 6 are attached onto respective piles 1 so as to direct the groove upward. Each bracket 2 is loosely mounted on the pile 1 by the pin 5. A sill 3 is loosely fitted into the each groove 6 to extend horizontally.
