PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive composition that has an increased adhesion strength between a metal foil and a plastic film, can prevent the generation of poor appearance as a food packaging material caused by inadvertent bending after retorting, does not decrease the adhesion strength and does not generate pin holes with time even when various foods are packed, and can maintain a high adhesion strength for a long time. SOLUTION: Composition (I) comprising a mixture of an organic polyol and a phosphorus oxyacid or a derivative thereof, and a composition (II) comprising a mixture of an organic polyisocyanate and a silane coupling agent are blended together.
