PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an extremely useful active energy ray curing type coating resin composition excellent in strength and elongation and having quick curability. SOLUTION: This active energy ray cutting type coating composition is characterized as comprising (A) a urethane acrylate resin composed of (a1) an alkylene oxide adduct of bisphenols or their hydrogenated substances, (a2) an organic diisocyanate and (a3) a hydroxy group-containing radical- polymerizable monomer and (B) radical-polymerizable monomers consisting essentially of (b1) nitrogen atom-containing radical-polymerizable monomers and including (b1) >=20 wt.% of the nitrogen atom-containing radical- polymerizable monomers in the radical-polymerizable monomers (B).
