PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition having excellent storage stability and curing ability. SOLUTION: This epoxy resin composition comprises an epoxy resin having two or more epoxy groups in a molecule on the average, an oxazolidine compound and/or a ketimine compound, and a phosphoric acids and/or a phosphoric silyl ester.
