STERILIZED TRANSFERRING METHOD IN CAP FEED TURRET DEVICE, AND CAP FEED TURRET DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a sterilized state of a sterilized cap with a cap feed turret device, supply the cap to a main body of a capper device and improve a sterilized state of the cap at a sealing line. SOLUTION: An air flow chamber 16 is constituted to cover the upper part of a cap feed turret supplying a cap(c) to a main body of a capper. A sterilized airflow pipe 20 for blowing sterilized air into the airflow chamber is installed. A hot water injection pipe 21 for injecting hot water toward a cap transferring passage within an airflow chamber is arranged. Before performing a capping operation, hot water is injected into the airflow chamber to sterilize the cap transferring passage. During a capping operation, sterilized air is supplied into the airflow chamber to cause it to be kept at a positive pressure state with the sterilized air, surrounding air is prevented from being flowed into the chamber, the sterilized state of the cap during its transferring operation is kept and it is supplied to the capper main body.
