PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of strength of a flexible container by direct sunlight by imparting shading function to the flexible container itself to enhance the durability and convenience of the flexible container. SOLUTION: A shading member 4 comprising a synthetic resin material is integrally provided to the flexible container main body 2 comprising a synthetic resin material so as to be capable of being raised upwardly or hung downwardly. The shading member 4 can cover at least the part from the upper end part of the body part 5 of the flexible container main body 2 to the vicinity of the bottom part thereof along with the attaching part of the hanging member 3 to the body part 5 by sewing or the like, in a downwardly hung state.
