PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shift levers provided on a mobile agricultural machine from being shifted from a shift position to another undesired position even if an operator's hands or legs inadvertently come into contact with the levers, using a lever guide for the shift levers. SOLUTION: The lever guide 22 is provided with regulating guides 24 and 25 capable of being raised and lowered to a lowered position where they are lowered to the shift paths of the shift levers 15 and 16 to regulate the operation of switching the shift levers 15 and 16 and to a raised position where they retreat from the shift path to permit the operation of switching the shift levers 15 and 16.
