PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device, enhance drain capability, to prevent damage of a float due to disturbance and to prevent generation of a water hammer. SOLUTION: A main body 1 has a float chamber 1a and has an inflow port and a discharge port communicated with the float chamber 1a. The float 3 is arranged in the float chamber 1a. A guide shaft 2 is vertically passed through the float chamber 1a and is connected with the main body 1. The float 3 is guided so as to be vertically movable by the guide shaft 2. A pin holder 4 is fixed to a lower end part of the float 3. A lever 6 is provided integrally with a plug 5. One end of the lever 6 is slidably provided on a pin of a pin holder 4 and the other end is rotatably provided on the main body 1. The plug 5 is rotated to open and close the discharge port.
