PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the air temperature in a bathroom or a dressing room and the temperature of the hot water in the bathroom somewhat visible at a glance. SOLUTION: This temperature measuring apparatus comprises a main body case 1 bored with vent holes 5 at part of it and a cover case 6 mounted with a thermometer 14 on the surface, bored with a window hole 12 at a place corresponding to the heat-sensitive section 15 of the thermometer 14, and coupled with the main body case 1. At least one of the main body case 1 and the cover case 6 is molded with a synthetic resin mixed with a heat-sensitive pigment, and a floating piece 17 is stored in the main body case 1. Since the main body case 1 or the cover case 6 mixed with the heat-sensitive pigment is discolored as the temperature fluctuates, the temperature in the room can be approximately grasped.
