摘要 The present invention relates to a new generation of foodstuffs having high nutritional features, containing a fermented-milk-based product and a vegetable matrix separately fermented with lactic bacteria and bifidobacteria. In addition, the present invention relates to a process for preparing said foodstuffs containing a milk-based product and a vegetable matrix separately fermented with selected strains of lactic bacteria and bifidobacteria. Furthermore, the present invention relates to use of selected strains of lactic bacteria and bifidobacteria in the fermentation processes of vegetable matrices.
