A transport cart, adapted to be supported for travel in a van body having a floor, and joined to like carts positioned fore to aft in laterally spaced rows leaving an aisle between them in the van body, the cart having a bottom on which stacks of product are carried on mini-pallets at a level above said van floor and an open front side to permit the unloading of product from said bottom comprising: a deck movable from a stowed retracted position to an extended generally horizontal aisleway-forming operative position in which laterally aligned opposed like carts in the rows can form a false floor aisleway at substantially the level of said cart bottom.
