PURPOSE: An apparatus for sensing and withdrawing the door retainer of a coke oven is provided which easily withdraws the separated retainer without manual working of a worker by simply sensing that a retainer of the doors which is installed so as to prevent falling of interior bricks of the coke oven is damaged and separated due to intense heat. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for sensing and withdrawing the door retainer of a coke oven comprises a retainer sensing part consisting of a sensing rod which is movably installed back and forth by a spring elastically installed inside a housing so that the sensing rod operates a limit switch installed at the outer part of a door cleaner when it is contacted with the retainer of the doors, wherein the housing is installed so that it passes through the door cleaner installed at an extruder during opening of the doors(14); and a retainer withdrawing part(50) consisting of a body which is movably installed inside a frame(52) that is installed on the extruder so that the frame(52) enters through an open-and-shut plate(51) installed at the lower part of the doors(14), upper and lower clamping plates(56a,56b) which are installed at the lower and upper parts of the body so as to withdraw the retainer of the doors, and an adsorption means(58) which adsorbs and fixes the retainer of the doors withdrawn to the clamping plates(56a,56b). |
