PURPOSE: Provided is a method for culturing mycelia of pine mushroom, particularly the mycelia having peculiar incense to pine mushroom are cultured then applied variously. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: inoculating pine mushroom mycelia to a medium for the culture of pine mushroom mycelia, which medium is added with at least one kind selected from the group consisting of pine needle extracts, rosin extracts, and pine branch extracts, in an amount of 5-20g/L; and culturing them at 20-35 deg.C for 5-15 days with air ventilation of 0.1-1.5 vvm. |
