PURPOSE: A device for preventing generation of adhering ores in mixing material processing shut is provided to control temperature change of cooling water or heating water and sharply improve reliability of manufactures. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling combustion of an absorption-heating and cooling device has an operation mode detection unit(121) receiving a predetermined output signal from a unit for setting an operation mode set unit(120) and detecting the operation mode; an operation mode discrimination unit(122) deciding the operation mode; a cooling water temperature detection unit(132) detecting temperature of cooling water; a heating water temperature detection unit(135) detecting temperature of heating water; a hot water temperature detection unit(138) detecting temperature of hot water; a tapping temperature selection unit(139) selecting tapping temperature by the output signals of the temperature detection units and operation mode discrimination unit; a tapping temperature discrimination unit(125) selecting the set temperature according to the each mode; a set temperature selection unit(145); a set temperature discrimination unit(126); a tapping temperature/set temperature comparing unit(128); a program memory, storing a combustion rate operation formula of each mode; a combustion rate operation formula selection unit(150); a combustion rate operation formula output unit(127); and a combustion control unit(1500) calculating combustion rate and outputting the calculated value to a gas control unit(153) and then controlling the opening and shutting degree of a control valve. Accordingly, temperature change of cooling water or heating water is controlled by quick response property.
