PURPOSE: To simplify a manufacturing process, to improve dimensional accuracy and stability, and to smooth a slide without using a lubricant. CONSTITUTION: In this syringe, collar part groups 6A to 6C composed of respectively mutually closely adjacent plural wholly thin collar parts 5a to 5b, 5c to 5e and 5f to 5h are arranged by three groups at prescribed intervals in a piston head part, the first collar part group 6A of the forefront part is composed of the two collar parts 5a and 5b, the front collar part 5a of these collar parts is formed in a diameter larger than the rear side collar part 5b, the rear side second and third collar part groups 6B and 6C are respectively composed of the three collar parts 5c to 5e and 5f to 5h, the intermediate collar parts 5d and 5g of these collar parts are formed in a diameter larger than the front and rear collar parts, and a support collar part 5i with a base end part except for a peripheral edge part as a thick part (x) is arranged at a prescribed interval on the rear side.
