PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pressure sensor element section from being broken by a surge such as thunder. SOLUTION: This gas pressure detecting device is provided with a pressure sensor element 1 converting the strain of a pressure receiving membrane into an electric signal and outputting it, a pedestal 2 connected to the pressure sensor element 1 to mitigate the strain, a pressure guiding tube 4 supporting the pressure sensor element 1 and the pedestal 2 via an adhesive 3 having an electric insulating property, and a circuit board 6 connected to the pressure sensor element 1 via a lead frame 5. The high-reliability gas pressure detecting device can be thereby realized.
