PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously satisfy two different demands for regulation of a steam temperature and the ensurance of a steam flow rate. SOLUTION: Through mixture of high pressure steam and middle pressure steam, steam introduced to a gas turbine 1 and a combustor 17 is controlled to proper temperature and flow rate. Two different demands which are the regulation of a steam temperature and the ensuring of a steam flow rate are satisfied simultaneously. Control of the clearance of a blade annulus part by steam and control of cooling of the combustor 17 by steam are rendered compatible with each other.
