PURPOSE: A device for inducing a mandrel of a sleeve is provided to promptly wind a coil by promptly controlling the change of the standard of a sleeve and eliminating the need of manual work. CONSTITUTION: A device for inducing a mandrel of a sleeve comprises: a base unit(10) having a base(13), a frame unit(20) having a frame(22) rotating by a cylinder, a connecting unit(30) having an auxiliary frame(32) for adjusting height and width, a clamping unit(40) having a clamping arm(41) fixing the circumference of a sleeve(2), a skid unit(50) having a skid block(52) moving upwardly and downwardly by guide rolls, and a centering unit having a centering arm on a mobile block moving to adjust the centering of the sleeve. Herein, the sleeve is aligned in the clamping arm by supporting the front and rear ends of the sleeve on the centering arm. Therefore, clamping and centering work of the sleeve is accurately performed even if the size of the sleeve is changed.
