发明名称 METHOD FOR SUPPRESSING GENERATION OF SULFUR OXIDES FROM SINTERING OF IRON ORE
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for suppressing generation of sulfur oxides from sintering of iron ore is provided to reduce generation of sulfur oxides substantially as lowering unit production cost of fuel with sintering productivity and recovery ratio being not lowered. CONSTITUTION: In manufacturing sintered ore of iron ore of iron manufacturing ore by an ordinary blended fuel in which fuel as a heating source is blended with raw material ores such as various iron ores, limestone and silica, the method for suppressing generation of sulfur oxides from sintering of iron ore is characterized in that sulfur transferred from the upper part to the lower part during sintering is absorbed and fixed to the fuel free blended raw materials by granulating the blended raw materials and fuel free blended raw materials except fuel respectively and charging the granulated blended raw materials into a sinter machine in such a way that the fuel free blended raw materials, that is, fuel free layer is positioned at the lowermost part of ordinary blended raw materials, that is, fuel containing layer, wherein quantity of loading is controlled so that thickness of the fuel free layer is maintained to 20 mm or less.
