PURPOSE: Hydraulic system for a jig integrating a controller with a cylinder is provided to install a controller of a hydraulic cylinder on a body of the hydraulic cylinder and to simplify composition of a jig. CONSTITUTION: Hydraulic system in a jig for integrating a controller with a cylinder comprises a tube(2a); an injecting port(11a) moving backward by being mounted on a lower side wall of the tube; a controlling valve device(15a) arranged on a lower face of the tube; an injecting port(17b) moving forward by being installed on a cover(3b); a check valve device(16b) formed on the cover; a connecting passage(12b) engaging the controlling valve device with the check valve device; an auxiliary passage(14b) moving forward by being connected to the check valve device and a supplying passage; a supplying passage moving back by being connected to a lower portion of the tube; and a piston engaged with the supplying passage. Thereby, the hydraulic system in the jig for integrating the controller with the cylinder installs the controller of the hydraulic cylinder on a body of the hydraulic cylinder to simplify composition of the jig.
