PURPOSE: A remotely securing device using the Internet and a method thereof are provided to monitor a security in a place having a camera by connecting to the Internet not in a central security monitoring room but a remote place. CONSTITUTION: A local PC(20) capable of being connected to the Internet(30) is connected to at least one camera(21) and may transmit an image signal of the camera(21). A remote PC(10) may connect to the local PC(20) through the Internet(30) and has a direction control unit capable of controlling a rotating direction of the camera(21). A server(32) may be connected to the local PC(20) through the Internet(30) and has a database(33) for receiving and storing the image signal from the local PC(20) periodically. A telephone line(35) is connected to the server(32) for informing an unforeseen accident as an external raid or a fire to a police station(36). At least one sensor(24) is connected to the local PC(20) and an operation signal of the sensor(24) is transmitted through the local PC(20).
