LIQUID FUEL COMBUSTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid fuel combustor in which generation of odor can be reduced by eliminating evaporation of liquid fuel remaining in the nozzle section after stopping a fuel pump and suppressing generation of unburnt gas at the time of shut down. SOLUTION: The liquid fuel combustor comprises an oil tank 3 and a fuel pump 8 for pumping liquid fuel in the oil tank 3 wherein the liquid fuel pumped by means of the fuel pump 8 is fed through an oil supply pipe 6 and a nozzle section 7 to the vaporizing chamber 4A of a vaporizer 4. A return pipe 6A having forward end communicating with the oil tank 3 is branched from the way of the oil supply pipe 6 and an on/off valve 10 opening upon operation of the fuel pump 8 and closing upon stoppage thereof is provided in the way of the return pipe 6A.
