PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform holding operation, miniaturize a device, and save energy. SOLUTION: This hydraulic cylinder device is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 11, a pump unit 12 for supplying a pressure fluid to the hydraulic cylinder 11, pilot check valves 53 and 54 connected to a port of the hydraulic cylinder 11 so as to become a free flow in the direction for turning to the port and accumulators 15 and 16 connected to the port, and is formed by integrating the hydraulic cylinder 11, the pump unit 12, the pilot check valves 53 and 54 and the accumulators 15 and 16.
