PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a centering spring, facilitate an assembling work thereof, and simplify a casing structure and the attaching/detaching work. SOLUTION: A clutch part A comprises input side members 1 and 2, output side members 3 and 4, a torque transmission member 5, a holder 6, an elastic member 7, stationary side members 8 and 9, and a viscous fluid 10, and the holder 6 and the elastic member 7 are integrated with each other. A plate-like piece 7 having the spring force in the rotating direction is fitted to a notch-like stopper part formed across the holder 6 and the elastic member 7. An axle 1 is connected to a drive source, and rotatably supported by a casing B on one end side of the clutch part A in a cantilever manner.
